- The product must not have been tampered with, installed, or show any signs of wear and tear.

- Receive Return Instructions – Our team will respond within 3 business days with further instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the Product – Send the item back in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Receive Refund or Replacement – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
